Who I am
A birthworker, wellness educator, facilitator and creative strategist — a practitioner who moves between bedside, studio, circle and boardroom with the same intention.

My approach to care
Presence first. Education always. Care that honors the body, the story and the community each person carries with them.

Why I do this work
Because people deserve to be cared for as whole human beings, and communities grow stronger when the people within them are supported.

Community
The work is relational. It is built with, not for — alongside families, birthworkers, organizers and organizations doing the work.

My philosophy
Healing, creativity and collective action do not exist in separate spaces. They move together — and so does the work.

Birth, wellness, education and creative strategy are not separate offerings. They are different expressions of one rooted practice.
